[Xcircuit-dev] 74xx DIP library

I just posted xcircuit libraries for all 74xx series chips on Source
Forge.  They're generated by a perl script so they're not all beautiful,
but it sure beats typing them in.  The info is based on a library from
from the sources of pcb for linux.
