[Xcircuit-dev] panzooming in the libraries?

I think the 'panzoom.py' feature is a good one that I would
like to use by default.

Alas it seems that it only works at the schematic level.
Zoom In/Zoom Out stops working at all at the library level, 'L'. :-(
