[Xcircuit-dev] Any hope for bug 544657?

I'm getting bitten bad by the `button-down video signal loss', just as
described in

Is there any hope for progress on this one over the near term --- say
maybe a month or so?  Does anybody who's up the developer curve have
the hardware to duplicate the problem?

I'm going to have to commit to something fairly soon for drawing
several chapters worth of schematics and figures... and I sure would
like to benefit from xcircuit's libraries and beautiful output if I
could.
