   Yes, XCircuit can generate netlist output for HSPICE.  Most
HSPICE syntax, apart from device models, is compatible with the
spice3-format that xcircuit produces.  Most remaining differences
can be handled, if necessary, by rewriting the "info labels" in
the device objects for HSPICE syntax.  If you want specific
examples, just ask.

   Some information on modifying info labels for specific output
requirements can be found in the schematic capture tutorial:

However, there is nothing there specific to HSPICE.
