The Cygwin configure appears to miss adding "-lX11" to the compile
line.  I need to work on the Cygwin compile, especially as it doesn't
work with the Tcl option.

The Makefile which results from doing "./configure" is supposed to
have the line:

LIBS = -lXt  -lSM -lICE -lm  -lX11 -lXpm

You can hand-edit the file to add the "-lX11" and the compile should
complete (hopefully).
