[Xcircuit-dev] Making new elements

I'm a newbie and I'm trying to figure out how to make new elements and
libraries and getting a bit lost....

Right now I'm trying to take some of the IC templates and create some
specific CMOS chips, e.g., the 4093. When making pin labels, how can
I designate the power and ground pins as global labels? And what
things can go into the PCB label (since I'll be using PCB next to
layout the board)?

Does anyone have any collected wisdom on a web page for this? I'm
looking through the online documentation, but it's missing a newbie
mode for this stuff.

TIA,

roland
