[Xcircuit-dev] NameToObject in two places at once

According to the CHANGES file, NameToObject()
was moved from tclxcircuit.c to schema.c .
I downloaded 3.1.22.tar.bz2 on the 9th or
10th of Sept, 2003, and *both* files had
NameToObject() .  This resulted in ld
refusing to link xcircuit.  I deleted one
copy, and it built fine after that.
