Makram,

You could just draw your circuits in XCircuit, then convert the .ps files
to .fig using ps2edit (http://www.pstoedit.net/pstoedit) and add all the
fancy LaTeX stuff using xfig.

Apart from that temp solution, yes, a feature like that in XCircuit
wouldn't be all too bad =) Although I assume it would be pretty hard to
implement.
