Dear Robert,
The TCL version of xcircuit has a quick key binding for the "Page Up"
and "Page Down" keys to go to the previous or next page, respectively.
In all versions, you can get to any page by going to the page directory
(Shift-P, or the page directory tool button), and from there click on
the page you want to go to. Finally, all versions have the menu option
"Window->Go To Page->(Page #)", with a menu entry for each page.
Pages beyond 10 don't exist unless they're explicitly created. If
you have drawings on pages 1-10 and need a new drawing page, use
"Window->Go To Page->Add New Page".
Note that the key "0" goes directly to page 10, although the
paragraph above answers your question in the more general sense.
