Dear Robert,

   Go to the "page directory" page.  Select, for example, Page 1 by clicking
on it with the second mouse button, to highlight it.  Then move the mouse
cursor to the point (between pages) where you want to move Page 1, and
type "M" (for "library move").  The pages will then be reordered.
