[Xcircuit-dev] Announcement: Tcl-based XCircuit for Windows

I have just posted a zip archive containing what I hope is everything
necessary to download and run XCircuit under Windows XP using Cygwin
and the Cygwin XWin X server. The package contains a version of Tcl/Tk
that is different from the one that comes with Cygwin in that it is
compiled to run with X11 graphics, and therefore is compatible with
XCircuit. Hopefully I can get some feedback on how easy or difficult
it is to get this running following the instructions on the website.
