Yes, use the "copy" function ("c" key, or copy toolbar button). You
can use "copy" from the library page as well as the drawing page. Put
the cursor over the symbol you want from the library and type "c".
Then you can keep pressing the left mouse button to make as many copies
as you want on the page. Click the right mouse button to stop, or the
middle mouse button to simultaneously place and stop.
