The short answer is "no", but the long answer is that I made a (possibly
unfortunate) decision to take care of this by adding an "automatic
schematic generation" (ASG) package---that is, something that would not
just rubberband lines, but would try to maintain the visually best route.
I could have just added a scaled-down version of the capability, but
instead I got bogged down trying to integrate the ASG package, which
never got done.

One day, I hope. . .
