[Xcircuit-dev] CHANGES file?

Hi,

	am I gone completely blind or the CHANGES file in the tarball is still
at 3.6.21 version? I have just noticed that the
http://opencircuitdesign.com/xcircuit/changes.html page is correct, but
the file in the source tarball is still at April 11, 2006.
