Chipalooza Challenge #2 is the first challenge organized directly by Open Circuit Design, targeting IHP's open source SG13CMOS5L process. Proposals closed in August 2026 with 28 distinct analog IP block designs submitted. 17 designs made it through schematic design review. The field is now proceeding through layout design ahead of a November 2026 tapeout.
